Are reservations necessary?
Yes. Please call us at +62 361 970 730 or fax at +62 361 971 235 to reserve

When should I arrive at the Spa?
To serve you in a relaxing manner, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment

Is it alright to do massage at any time?
It is not recommended when you are not feeling well, or if you have high blood pressure, are seeing a doctor or if you are pregnant

Is the spa for men, women and children?
Our treatment rooms can accommodate individuals or couples. Children must be accompanied by their parents

What shall I wear for the treatment?
We recommend you dress casually in case any aromatic oils remain on your skin. We respect your privacy and use draping cloth at all times

Can I wear contact lens at the Spa?
It is not necessary to take lens out during treatment. However, if you prefer to, please bring your own case and the necessary fluids

What happens if I’m late for the treatment?
We may not be able to extend your treatment time if we have full reservations. Please understand and be aware the full benefits may not be felt if treatment is shortened

When do I call to cancel a reservation?
Please notify us 6 hours in advance because we have made special preparations for your appointment.

When do I pay for the appointment?
Please pay on arrival. We accept Visa, Master, JCB, Amex cards
